Volcanic & Fermented explores the island’s east coast through craft brewing culture, black sand shoreline and the quieter agricultural side of Santorini.
We begin with a guided tasting at a local brewery, continue to a second fermentation stop for contrast and conversation, and finish in Kamari, where the black sand beach invites a walk, a coffee, or simply toes in the water before returning.
There is no fixed meal and no formal structure. Timing does matter, but the energy is relaxed and social.

Brewery Stop 1: FTELOS
Guided tasting introducing local craft styles and the brewing culture developing on the island.

Brewery Stop 2: SANTORINI BREWING COMPANY
A second fermentation stop offering contrast in style and atmosphere. Time for conversation, questions and relaxed tasting.
Approx. 20-30 minutes.
Kamari Beach Pause
We finish in Kamari along the black sand shoreline. Walk the promenade, enjoy a coffee, dip your feet in the sea or simply relax before returning.
Approx. 60-75 minutes.
Return Transfer
Comfortable transfer back to your accommodation.
Experience concludes approximately 3.5–4 hours after departure.
