Santorini Strategic Planner is a 6–7 hour private day that starts before you arrive.
We do a 30-minute Zoom call first. You tell me your priorities, your group, your logistics: proposals, multi-generational dynamics, tight schedules, whatever applies. I build the day around that, with timing and reservations sorted in advance so nothing feels improvised when you're here.
On the day itself we follow the plan we built together, with room to adapt if the island has other ideas.
I take a limited number of these each week because the planning is the real work, and availability reflects that.
Pre-Arrival Planning

Day Structure May Include:
- Caldera introduction and orientation
- Oia or alternative village depending on your goals
- Inland cultural perspective
- A workshop or photoshoot tailored to your style
- A meal or wine tasting to truly remember
We work out all the details together, then let the day unfold.
Private pickup from hotel, villa, airport, ferry port, top of the cable car, or agreed meeting point.
Cruise guests must provide ship name and arrival time. Water taxi and flexible pick-up available on request.
Flexible: the same spot as the pick-up or another pre-agreed spot. If you have another activity scheduled afterwards or have a flight to catch, I'm happy to accomodate.

The final list depends on you. This is where you tell me you'd like to bring a pro camera or an old-fashioned sketchbook and draw the cliffside on a deserted volcanic beach.

If you're staying on the island, please be ready at your pickup location 10 minutes before departure.
On cruise ship days, I don't take a second booking, so if your tender runs late, I wait.
Because this experience includes planning time, bookings are limited each week.
After booking, you will receive instructions to schedule your pre-arrival Zoom session.
Please provide accurate contact details so we can coordinate effectively.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
If weather forces a cancellation on the day, I'll refund you or offer a voucher, whichever works better for you. The only exception is when I've already committed to a driver or professional photographer / workshop organizer, in which case their fee stands. That's a real cost I can't absorb, and I'd rather be honest about it upfront.
